There is much you can do to enhance your chances of achieving a sale – much advice that applies in the residential market is also very relevant to any property market.

First impressions do count –when someone comes to view make sure the entrance presentation is tidy, weed and clutter free.  We are always happy to advise on these points and any minor improvements that can be easily carried out prior to marketing.at the time of our inspection.

Make sure the yard is swept and tidy and free of tools, grooming items etc

​

De-clutter the house – make sure bedrooms are presented as such and not as a store for general clutter

 

Try and keep pets confined during a viewing

Make sure fences are in a good state of repair

​

It is useful to provide information on hacking, local show venues, local feed merchants and other relevant information
